Public defense Korneel Le Compte

After a career spanning more than 30 years as a solo bassist in the orchestra of the Opera House La Monnaie and a long career as a teacher at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels and elsewhere, Korneel Le Compte is completing his trajectory with a PhD in the Arts about building bridges between, amongst others, the Wiener Violone from Mozart’s time and the catastrophe of Fukushima in 2011.
