Pascale Montauban

Pascale Montauban began her career in cultural management with The Mystic Lamb, a platform she founded in 1987 to support classically trained musicians alongside visual artists. Trained as a singer, actress, and visual artist herself, she expanded it into a full-fledged management agency under her own name in 1989. In 1991, she took the agency international with a satellite office in Salzburg, affiliated with the renowned Salzburger Schloßkonzerte.

In 2015, Pascale merged her agency with Concert Agency Gaston Ariën, founded in 1928. Today, the agency promotes artists worldwide, focusing on conductors, opera directors, singers, and ensembles. In 2028, it will celebrate its 100th anniversary.

Since 2007, Pascale has been a regular guest lecturer at the conservatoires of Ghent and Antwerp. She also serves as a jury member at international competitions. She is the driving force behind Castellaria, the first multinational Children's Opera Festival, which will launch in 2027 with the world premiere of Jungle Book – The Opera.
