As of the academic year 2024-2025, the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel welcomes the cellist Stéphanie Huang.
Laureate of the Queen Elisabeth Competition 2022 in Belgium and winner of the audience awards, has built an impressive music career. She won the Grand Prize of the Suggia International Cello Competition in 2015 and the First Prize of the Società Umanitaria International Competition in 2021. With a broad repertoire, including works by Haydn, Dvořák, Elgar and Tchaikovsky, she has performed with orchestras such as the National Orchestra of Belgium and the Brussels Philharmonic. An avid chamber musician, she has collaborated with artists such as Augustin Dumay and Renaud Capuçon. Stéphanie studied at the conservatories of Brussels and Paris and is currently artist in residence at the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel of Belgium.
