Nele Minten studied singing, recorder and didactics at the conservatories of Brussels, Antwerp and Maastricht. From the age of eighteen she sang along with the Huelgas ensemble conducted by P. Van Nevel, the Collegium Vocale and the Chapelle Royale conducted by P. Herreweghe, Currende conducted by E. Van Nevel and with La Petite Bande conducted by S. Kuijken. She also collaborated in productions with Ex Tempore and Il Fondamento olv P. Dombrecht and Ricercar. She worked with conductors such as F. Brüggen, R. Jacobs, B. Foccroulle, W. Christie and J. Van Immerseel. For contemporary music she collaborated with the Aquarius ensemble led by M De Smet, Studium Chorale Maastricht led by H Leenders and the VRT choir. With all these ensembles she gave concerts on international stages and prestigious festivals throughout Europe, America, Israel and Japan. She sang on about thirty CD's and TV broadcasts, with which she also won several prizes. She gives musical cultural education at all levels and at all ages at the art academy of Zaventem and teaches teaching methodology at the conservatory of Brussels where she is also an internship supervisor.
In collaboration with Music Fund she worked out a project in Gaza Palestine and also worked on projects for flags and pennants in the Marolles.

She gave lectures for OVSG and was a member of the curriculum committees in 1991 and 2017.
She obtained a Coaching diploma and takes lessons in philosophy and intuitive development.
