Toots Thielemans Jazz Award & Concert

Discover the next generation of jazz musicians! 

For the first time, the Toots Thielemans Jazz Award will take place during the Brussels Jazz Festival, thanks to a new collaboration between Flagey and the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel. Experts in the field award the most promising student(s) from the jazz department with a prize and the opportunity to perform live in a professional setting. 

This year’s winner is pianist YuTing Li, who will be joined by an impressive ensemble for her project VIVA.
