On 23 September 2021 at 8 pm, the symphoniaASSAI orchestra, conducted by Wouter Lenaerts, will perform the 2nd piano concerto by A. Glazunov and the world creation of the piano concerto by P. Lamouris in the concert hall of Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel. The composer himself will perform both works as a soloist.
This concert is the final artistic result of Philippe Lamouris' doctoral research on composing, performing, emotions, expression and soul. It is a quest to unravel the mystery of music. A quest that, from the outset, forces us to realise that the secret will not be unlocked, but that the journey towards it is no less exciting for that.
