Bart Buyle studied with Daniël Blumenthal at the Brussels Conservatory and obtained diplomas in solfege, piano, chamber music, written and practical harmony. In 1994 he finished his studies and obtained the Higher Diploma in Piano. On pedagogical level he obtained diplomas in Solfege, piano and accompaniment. Bart Buyle is currently active as ear training teacher at the School of Arts in Brussels (classical department). He is also active as accompanist and MD in the Musical Theatre Department of the Brussels School of Arts.
Bart Buyle performs as solo pianist, chamber music and conductor. Credits include recitals with various musicians in all kind of genres and repertoire (from classical to contemporary music to musical theatre).
In Musical Theatre he is active as repetitor, accompanist and vocal arranger (Leporello, Uitgezonderd, Euro Theather, Caramuze,…). He also coaches Musical Singers and is a member of the Subsidy Commission Federal Government Flanders.
